Called and talked to Jennifer and said if anyone could come today cause ac was not putting out cold air. She asked us if 30 minutes was ok for them to come and I said ohhh yes. Francisco came solved the problem, had a bad something, he replaced, cleaned, and replaced the filter. We couldn't be happier, it was so nice to feel that cold again, cause them fans just wasn't doing it. Thank you again for a fantastic job and definitely will call again. I highly recommend Sky Whirl.  The technician, Francisco, did a great job! He called to let me know when he would be here, was polite and respectful, explained everything he was doing, answered all my questions, fixed the problem quickly, and gave me tips on future service. Quick response and excellent service! Camilo was dispatched for my needs and he quickly confirmed my diagnosis and fixed the problem. He was also very professional and knowledgeable. 5 stars!

My only problem with Sky Whirl was the price of the R410 refrigerant I needed. I was charged $150 per lb.! R410A typically costs $15 to $20 per lb. $150 per lb. is a massive markup!
